Learn to Swim with Confidence

Swimming is a life skill — and there’s no better place to learn than at your local One Leisure Sawtry leisure centre.

Our Learn to Swim programme is designed to help children of all ages and abilities build confidence in the water, develop strong swimming techniques, and progress at their own pace in a safe, supportive environment.

Led by qualified, friendly instructors, lessons focus on water safety, skill development, and enjoyment, giving your child the best possible start on their swimming journey — from first splashes to confident strokes.

We Are Hiring

Are you passionate about helping people build confidence in the water? Do you thrive in a dynamic, energetic environment where every lesson makes a difference? We’re looking for a qualified, enthusiastic Swim Teacher to join our friendly and forward‑thinking team at our new leisure centre in Sawtry.

About you

A recognised swimming teaching qualification (Swim England or STA Level 2).
A passion for teaching and a positive, can‑do attitude.
Great communication skills and the ability to build rapport with swimmers and parents.

Not qualified yet? Aspiring swim teachers welcome! If you’ve always dreamed of becoming a swim teacher but haven’t taken the leap, this is your moment!
