We wanted to let you know how valuable the Fenstanton Monday morning exercise class was to my Dad. The exercises helped him to maintain strength and mobility, and were well adapted to meet his capabilities. Dad also got a lot of pleasure from the social side of the group, particularly as his sometimes poor health had reduced his opportunities to socialise more widely. Attending the group was really important to him and was one of the highlights of his week.
